Christine Audler founded Fight Fat Forever Inc. in 2012 at the urging of a friend who encouraged her to turn her passion for public health into a career. Although at the time Audler didn't have a set business plan, she says a vision of a healthier America led her to establish the company and write the book, What Lou Can Do, which centers around a young girl battling obesity.

The Kenner native's passion for health care began when she was 15 years old and worked at Curves for Women after school. She then worked for three years at Ochsner's Elmwood Fitness Center.
